The Lori Henry State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated, sales-driven professional to join our team as a Multiline Representative. This is an in-office, sales-focused role ideal for someone with insurance industry experience, sales experience, or a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.

We are looking for someone who can generate activity, build relationships, close business, cross-sell effectively, and contribute directly to agency growth. The right candidate will be confident, coachable, results-driven, and motivated by performance and opportunity.

Insurance licensing is preferred; however, candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to obtain the required licenses. Licensing support and guidance will be provided.

About Our Growth

The Lori Henry State Farm Agency is continuing to expand across multiple markets, including our established presence in the 19444 area and our second location in 19119, opened in May 2026. This growth creates strong opportunity for a motivated producer who wants to build with a scaling agency and be rewarded for results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Insurance industry experience and/or sales experience with a proven track record preferred
  • Active Property & Casualty license preferred
  • Active Life & Health license preferred
  • Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses if not already licensed
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in-office with accountability, professionalism, and urgency
  • Comfortable with outbound sales activity, prospecting, and asking for business

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business through outbound sales activity, lead follow-up, referrals, and prospecting
  • Quote, present, and close policies across auto, home, renters, life, and health
  • Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Manage a sales pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up
  • Overcome objections confidently and close business with urgency
  • Track activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics
  • Meet and exceed production goals in an in-office sales environment
  • Collaborate with agency leadership and team members to support office growth
