The Lori Henry State Farm Agency is seeking a sales-dominant Multiline Representative who thrives on results, enjoys consultative selling, and is motivated by growth. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently lead sales conversations, uncover needs, and convert opportunities into policies—while still delivering a professional, service-first customer experience.

You will work across multiple product lines, engaging both new and existing customers, driving revenue through needs-based recommendations, and contributing directly to agency growth. This is a performance-focused role with clear goals and accountability.

About Our Growth

We’re expanding across two locations and continuing to grow our presence in the community. Our current office serves the 19444 area, and we will be opening a second location in 19119 in May 2026. This expansion creates strong opportunity for motivated sales professionals who want to build with an agency that is scaling and investing in its future.

Licensing Requirements (Job Contingent)

This role is licensing contingent.

  • Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office

  • Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting

We provide full licensing support and guidance to help you successfully complete the process.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead sales conversations to understand customer needs and recommend insurance solutions

  • Quote, present, and sell products across multiple lines including auto, home, renters, and life

  • Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention and referrals

  • Conduct follow-up conversations to move prospects toward closing

  • Support renewals, endorsements, and service needs while identifying sales opportunities

  • Participate in marketing and community outreach to generate new business

  • Maintain accurate documentation and a consistent customer experience

  • Collaborate with team members to meet individual and office production goals

  • Confidence leading needs-based sales conversations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred

  • Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above
