The Lori Henry State Farm Agency is seeking a sales-driven Account Manager who thrives on closing business, hitting goals, and driving agency growth. This role is built for a confident, competitive professional who enjoys outbound sales activity, consultative conversations, and turning customer needs into buying decisions.

You will play a key role in expanding the agency by proactively marketing insurance products, conducting policy reviews, and converting both warm and cold leads into long-term clients. This is a performance-based role where results matter and production is rewarded.

About Our Growth

We’re expanding across two locations and continuing to grow our presence in the community. Our current office serves the 19444 area, and we will be opening a second location in 19119 in May 2026. This growth creates strong opportunity for motivated sales professionals who want to build with an agency that is scaling and investing in its future.

Licensing Requirements (Job Contingent)

This role is licensing contingent.
 Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office.
 Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting.

We provide full licensing support and guidance to help you successfully complete the process.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and consistent prospecting

  • Quote, present, and close insurance policies using a needs-based sales approach

  • Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and upsell opportunities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals

  • Recommend, explain, and sell insurance products to both warm and cold leads

  • Resolve complex customer issues while maintaining a sales-focused mindset

  • Track pipeline activity and performance metrics to meet and exceed sales goals

  • Collaborate with agency team members to support overall production targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales-dominant mindset with a strong drive to hit and exceed goals

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

  • Confidence initiating and leading sales conversations

  • Organized, motivated, and accountable work style

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred
