As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Lori Pellegrini Henry - State Farm Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences that drive the growth and success of our thriving insurance agency. With your strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and genuine desire to help others, you will be the ideal person for this position. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide detailed policy information.
Assist clients in making policy updates and changes to meet their evolving needs.
Process insurance claims efficiently and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Previous customer service experience is preferred, but a passion for helping others is essential.

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per year
